Onward from the 2016 Olympics

Monica Puig Olympics

Gold medalists from each gender propel us from these 2016 Olympics.  Great Monday morning as we all recover from the aftermath of the men’s singles gold medal round here at APEX Tennis Betting.  This best of five affair came down to one key.  Meanwhile, the ladies continue to surprise us with a vacuum up at top.  Serena did not win nor anyone from the Top 10 assert themselves to take it all down.  Let us look at the winners and trends going forward from Rio here at APEX Tennis.

2016 Olympics : WTA Longshot Potentials

If one likes wagering on the WTA, under dog betting has to be in their mindset.  With Serena ready to retire, there is few on the tour that can hold dominion in a single event let alone multiple slams.  This is evident by an unseeded Monica Puig beating two in the top five in the world and taking the gold medal for Puerto Rico in women’s tennis.  Saving grace for this mid 30’s rank player is that she is in her early twenties.  There is time for her to build and grow from this.  Until this event, she has never gotten through a WTA slam event past the fourth round.  Halep might be dominant at the US Open but for profit this summer, underdogs are where it is at.

Fitness is Key for Andy Murray

As soon as the lumbering Del Potro got on the court, he was so much worse in value than a -450 market on Andy Murray indicated.  Best of five saw the giant from Argentina gasp for breath and use the net as a prop to hold him up after points.  His comeback was amazing in this tourney but Andy Murray wore him down.  The Brit has worked so hard in becoming fit that the two time Olympic Gold Medalist is dominant over everyone except Novak.  Question for the summer is if Ivan Lendl can get Murray past the world #1.  Verses anyone else out there, Andy is so much better it is laughable.  Murray ML in parlays are winning legs so much this summer.

Now we march towards the US Open.  Two man battle on the gentleman’s side.  Women’s tennis is so wide open that Halep might fill the vacuum up top.  WTA underdog wagering all summer for immense profit at Americas Bookie.  Good fortune today and we will see you next time here at APEX Tennis Betting.
