So much so that he could not help Spain in the Davis Cup. Nadal has had to apply for special permission to represent his country. No word yet if an exemption will be allowed for one of the biggest names in the game.
So less than one month til the Summer Games. Seven out of the top twenty on the men’s side will not be making the trip. However, they can follow the example of the immortals in their sport.
